My son aged 16 months use my hair as his "security blanket".?
We have been co-sleeping, since my son was born. Now, I am ready to transfer to his own bed, but he uses my hair like my darling "to get to sleep! Any idea how I can make him lose the tears Minimal / trauma?
I just want to buy a soft cuddly toy and hand wash a few keys on your shampoo. Hopefully the sweetness and the smell will give him some comfort. From now on, whenever you hold or rock him bring a blanket to snuggle with and cons him while he is playing with your hair. After a while, it will involve coverage under the routine comforting and will cover more than one comfort when you're not there. Good luck!
